About Petros Karatzovalis

Petros is an associate in AKD’s Luxembourg corporate department, specialising in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.

He primarily advises local and international investors, funds, and corporations on the structuring, financing, and execution of domestic and cross-border transactions, reorganisations, participation plans, and the establishment of Luxembourg corporate structures and joint ventures. His expertise also extends to venture capital and capital markets transactions, as well as general business law and corporate governance matters.

Before joining AKD Luxembourg, Petros worked for three and a half years as a corporate and M&A lawyer at a leading independent Luxembourg law firm. He also gained experience in the investment funds and private equity team of an international law firm in Luxembourg, and practised for two years as an attorney-at-law in Greece.
