About Queenie Li
Queenie Li is Account Director China at AKD’s dedicated China Desk, which helps Chinese clients navigate the Benelux. Queenie advises Dutch clients on expanding to China, through the firm’s close working relationships with leading law firms in Japan. She is also responsible for developing the Chinese market across all industries and for communicating and supporting Chinese clients from a wide range of sectors.
Queenie holds a Master Degree in International Trade and Investment from Maastricht University and her Bachelor Degree at China University of Political Science and Law in China Before joining AKD, she worked as a legal trainee in another reputed law firm.
Queenie has ample experience in versatile commercial fields, and her experience at CIETAC has provided her with the ability to consider pragmatic legal and tax issues up close from an operational perspective. She is able to think along with her clients and guide them throughout the process to find the best solution together.
Queenie’s deep understanding of Chinese culture and the fact that she is a native speaker of Chinese, combined with her unique commercial experience, ensure that clients receive smooth communications and Chinese-minded services.
