About Reda Azaoum
Reda is a member of the Brussels bar, specializing in Belgian and Luxembourg law at AKD. He assists in corporate and finance matters on a global scale, including international mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, incorporation and restructuring of legal entities, as well as providing general advice in these areas.
Prior to joining AKD, Reda gained experience in a Belgian independent law firm. He worked across a variety of sectors, including regulated financial industries, and also advised on cross-border and domestic disputes in relation to commercial questions and structure of the clients’ businesses. He has also gained experience as in-house counsel for various SMEs and a Belgian public institution body.
Reda obtained his master degree in economic law from the Free University of Brussels.
He is a native French speaker, fluent in English and has a good command of Dutch.
