About Reint Bolhuis

Reint Bolhuis is a junior civil-law notary at AKD who specialises in real estate and area development. Reint is involved in, for example, transactions, new-build and transformation projects, infrastructure, financing, risk assessments and legal design.

Reint's clients operate in sectors such as logistics real estate, (new-build) construction, residential, hospitality, e-commerce, care and social real estate. He acts for, among others, leading (inter)national institutional and private parties, area and property developers, financiers, government bodies and family (investment) companies.

As Reint himself explains, "I think the best thing about my job is actually going to view a project. I often go and have a quick look at real estate projects I am involved in from a legal perspective."

Reint also regularly publishes about current legal issues within his specialist field.
