About Rob Meijer
Rob Meijer is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in construction and real estate law with a particular focus on arbitrations, binding opinions and mediations. He is also an arbitrator at, for example, the Netherlands Arbitration Institute [Nederlands Arbitrage Instituut] (NAI) in Rotterdam.
Rob is a member of the Construction Law Association [Vereniging voor Bouwrecht] (VBR) and the Association for Construction Law Attorneys [Vereniging voor Bouwrecht Advocaten] (VBR-A). Between October 2014 and April 2018, Rob was the dean of the Rotterdam Bar Association [Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten]. He has also been a member of the Council for Disciplinary Proceedings of the Dutch Register of Court Experts [Raad voor de Tuchtrechtspraak van het Landelijk Register van Gerechtelijke Deskundigen] (LRGD) since 2018.
