Sanja is a senior associate in the Luxembourg office of AKD and is a member of the tax practice group. Sanja specializes in tax matters in relation to cross-border transactions, setting up of investment structures, acquisitions and reorganization for a variety of clients including private equity funds and multinational enterprises.

She assists AKD’s clients with practical advice on their day-to-day operations as well as on their acquisitions and investment structures. Sanja is praised for her hands-on approach and pro-activeness towards clients.

Sanja earned her Law degree from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, and a Master's Degree in European and International Tax Law at the University of Luxembourg. Sanja speaks the following languages: Serbian (Latin and Cyrillic), Croatian, Montenegro, Bosnian, English and French
