About Sara Ataei
Sara Ataei is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in privacy and data protection.
Sara is part of AKD's IP, IT and Data Protection team.
Sara helps clients resolve complex legal issues in the area of privacy. She also assists clients in drafting various agreements and general terms and conditions in the areas of intellectual property, information technology and data protection.
In addition, Sara is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) and can act as a DPO for clients and help them conduct privacy compliance and GDPR audits.
Sara is also working as an affiliate researcher at the Free University of Brussels in the Department of Private and Economic Law.
