About Sophie Hendriks

Sophie Hendriks is an attorney-at-law at AKD who specialises in issues involving privacy, data protection, ICT and artificial intelligence (AI).

Her clients include municipalities, care providers and companies, varying from start-ups to well-established multinationals. She has also taken instructions from organisations active in the digital domain, such as platform providers and application developers.

Sophie has an excellent grasp of the complex and constantly evolving landscape of privacy and data protection, implementing her insights in her legal advice. Her clients appreciate her remarkably rapid response time and her ability to transform complex legal concepts into practical advice.
