About Stéphane de Watazzi
Stéphane is a senior associate in the area of dispute resolution. He advises clients in commercial, civil and corporate litigation matters and acts in a range of complex cross-border corporate and financial litigation cases with a specific focus on shareholder disputes.
He has a vast expertise in contract law and specialises in construction law. His in-depth procedural knowledge and interest in this field ensures a high quality of work and a strong and effective defence for his clients.
Stéphane has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017.
Before joining AKD, he worked in reputable law firms and a financial institution in Luxembourg.
