About Véronique Fromenteau
Véronique is a lawyer at AKD. She is part of AKD’s Banking & Finance and Investment Management team. From Luxembourg, she advises both Regulated AIFs (RAIFs, SIFs, SICARs, Part II Funds) and unregulated AIFs, UCITS Funds, Alternative Investment Fund Managers and Management Companies. Prior to AKD, she worked for other top tier law firms.
Véronique holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in European and International Law from the Europa-Institut at Saarland University.
She became a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2018.
