Over Valéry Schaap

Valéry Schaap is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in company law. Valéry assists clients during (international) mergers and acquisitions. She advises on the conclusion of shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other partnerships. She also advises on general company law issues.
