Virginie is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice at AKD's Luxembourg office.
She has over 15 years of experience structuring advice, fund formation and ongoing fund operation of many forms of unregulated Luxembourg investment vehicles and regulated private equity, debt and real estate funds, such as alternative investment funds (AIFs), reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs), specialised investment funds (SIFs) and investment companies in risk capital (SICARs).
Over this period, she has gained considerable experience assisting top-tier private equity houses, institutional clients, asset managers, investment funds, small and medium-sized companies, high-net-worth individuals including family offices, and local service providers in regulatory and compliance matters.
