Willemijn Hooij is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in European and competition law. Willemijn advises and represents companies in connection with, for example, cartel arrangements and the abuse of dominant positions. She also assists them filing notifications for mergers and acquisitions at the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets [Autoriteit Consument & Markt] (ACM) and the European Commission. Willemijn also advises and litigates for government bodies and businesses in cases relating to EU state aid law and procurement law.
