An AKD deal team led by Lennart Crain has successfully advised the offeror on the public offer made for Euronext Amsterdam-listed Hydratec Industries and its potential delisting. We are proud to be involved as public offers are thin on the ground in the Netherlands, and this is the only public offer announced so far this year.

Hydratec Industries N.V. is a sustainable producer of systems for a growing and ageing world population and a producer of high-tech components.
