AKD has successfully assisted in the recent agreement between shared mobility providers felyx and Barcelona-based Cooltra.

A team led by Nathalie van Woerkom (Corporate M&A) advised one of the shareholders of felyx.
At the same time, an independent notarial team consisting of Renate Punt-Huizer and Evelien Baas assisted all parties with the completion of this transaction and all notarial work involved.

Founded in Amsterdam, felyx is ‘a pioneer of electric shared mopeds in the Netherlands and Belgium’, while Cooltra Group, founded in Barcelona, is the ‘largest provider of shared mobility in Europe’.

This new alliance will serve more than thirty cities in nine European countries, with a fleet of no fewer than 28,000 vehicles.
