Chloé is a senior Banking and Finance associate at AKD, specialising in the fields of fund finance, sustainable finance and acquisition finance.
Chloé advises borrowers and lenders on a full range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing, with a particular focus on fund finance. Her expertise includes subscription facilities, NAV financing and other hybrid products.
Before joining AKD, Chloé worked as legal counsel for a major Benelux bank and an offshore law firm, the latter of which seconded her to their Cayman Islands office to develop the fund finance offering for clients.
