Lilly is a Jurist in the Investment Funds practice group of the Luxembourg office. She specialises in advising investment funds and their managers on all legal, corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, establishment, marketing and ongoing operations of investment funds. She advises on both regulated and unregulated funds. Lilly has comprehensive experience advising alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on real estate, private equity and venture capital funds.
