About Marc Wieffering
Marc is a tax lawyer at AKD, whose practice encompasses national and international tax law, with a strong focus on Dutch CIT and, in a cross-border context, dividend tax. He advises companies on various tax issues, including restructuring activity, reorganisations and financing, but also on tax disputes and tax compliance matters.
Having studied International and European Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam, Marc is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers [Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB)].
