About Rosanne Bassie

Rosanne Bassie is a lawyer at AKD who specialises in administrative law, more specifically environmental and planning law, as well as general administrative law. She represents both government bodies and companies, advising and litigating on her areas of expertise, including such topics as zoning plans, environmental permits, soil contamination and enforcement.

Rosanne regularly publishes blogs and articles for various journals about environmental law and general administrative law. She has also been a contributor to the Sdu Commentaar journal on the Dutch General Administrative Law Act [Algemene wet bestuursrecht] and sits on the editorial board of the AKD newsletter 'Update voor Overheden', providing subscribers with quarterly updates on relevant trends, case law and publications. Rosanne obtained degrees in Law and Philosophy from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
